*10 Weeks*

Today was our first ultrasound!

I have been driving myself a little crazy lately waiting for this day. I can not tell you how overwhelmingly beautiful and amazing it was to be able to see our baby moving around! It's all becoming very real :)

We found out our due date is August 25, 2013. The heartbeat was strong and our baby was already movin around like crazy!

I am already head over heels for this little one. I'm SO excited!!
 Following some of the cutest pregnancy blogs, Im hopping on the chalkboard bus. Unfortunately, I started off with this one upside down so i couldn't hang it haha! Next time!

 

How far along? 10 weeks 1 day!
Total weight gain/loss? gained about 2 pounds

Maternity clothes? not yet! ive actually toned up all over, so i can fit into my smaller clothes

Stretch Marks? nope

Sleep? Yesterday I slept for 5 hours randomly during the day. Otherwise I've got a lot of energy back!

Best moment this week? Seeing our baby!!! Seeing the heartbeat and the body..no words!

Told family/friends? Our close family/friends and our bridal parties :) .

Miss anything? Coffee. bad!

Movement? Nothin that I can feel!

Food cravings? I almost cried the other day because I wanted a Chili's salad SOO bad. I never eat there so that was weird. But it was like heaven when I finally got it!

Nausea?  Only at night.

Started showing yet? A little bit! Just enough for me to notice :)

Gender prediction? A lot of the family thinks we're having a boy! Andrew's still determined it's a girl.

Labor signs? Nope

Belly button in or out? In

Happy or moody? Today, ECSTATIC!!!

Weekly wisdom: Let GOD take this! I'm really bad with anxiety anyways, but through this pregnancy I'm truly realizing that He is in control of the ENTIRE universe!! Knowing that and truly trusting in Him, He has given me such a sense of calm and peace.

Looking forward to? Finding out the sex! And telling all of our friends :)



BIG 2013!

Surprise!!

We are expecting a beautiful baby Mitchell :) We had some hunches, and a LOT of signs. Now we know! We found out at about 5 weeks.

I'm now a little over 7 weeks and already falling deeply in love :)

 I've never been a big fan of posting things all over facebook, so I decided to do a blog for those of you that interested in following our journey!

How far along? 7 weeks
Total weight gain/loss? stayed around the same 

Maternity clothes? not yet. but I got some amazing yoga pants that I live in

Stretch Marks? nope

Sleep? allll the time! it's amazing how exhausted I feel.

Best moment this week? Just having the support of the family & friends we've been able to tell. It's been overwhelming. We're SO blessed and loved!

Told family/friends? Just our parents/siblings and closest friends.

Miss anything? I miss coffee! and wine.

Movement? Nothin yet :)

Food cravings? Macaroni and Cheese, but that's probably just because I love it.

Nausea?  Yes. Bleck. Definitely not my favorite part.

Started showing yet? I like to pretend there's something there! Haha, but no, not yet.

Gender prediction? Andrew's set on it being a girl. I'm not sure yet :)

Labor signs? Nope

Belly button in or out? In 

Happy or moody? Both, but mostly happy :)

Weekly wisdom: Just relax. Finding out that I'm now in charge of another human's life is so humbling. All the little things that used to bug me, suddenly don't anymore. There are such bigger things in life to wonder about :)
